CityWest Homes

CityWest Homes manages Westminster City Council's 22,000 homes. It is committed to providing good quality homes, safe neighbourhoods and excellent housing services for all. Working with its providers and Tenant Management Organisations it delivers housing management and maintenance services to tenants and lessees through its local estate offices. It employs over 200 staff.

CityWest was established in April 2002 as one of England's first Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs), a local authority controlled company solely owned by Westminster City Council.

It was awarded a three star (excellent) rating with excellent prospects for improvement by the Audit Commission in September 2006, the second time it has received the top possible rating.
