Senior management posts

As well as the benefits offered to all employees, the following additional benefits are offered to senior managers:

Car Hire Scheme

The Council makes a monthly contribution towards the cost of a lease hire car. The package includes comprehensive insurance and maintenance costs, vehicle licence and AA membership.

Free Private Health Insurance

The scheme provides family, married/civil partnership or individual insurance cover. The contributions have to be declared for tax purposes and are taxed at source.

Professional Subscriptions

We will reimburse the cost of one relevant professional subscription each year.

Relocation Expenses

The Council is prepared to pay relocation expenses (currently up to £5,000) in accordance with its policy.
